1. Information We Collect

• Personal Data: We collect your real name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you register.
• Health & Medical Info: To provide effective counseling, we may collect health-related backgrounds or issues you voluntarily share.
• Urgent Consult Feature: If you use "Urgent Consult", NO personal info is required upfront. You are connected directly. Information shared during the session is at your discretion.

2. Session Conduct & Visibility

We facilitate text-based chat, video calls, and voice calls. For continuity of care, the transcripts and logs of your counseling conversations remain visible within the app even after the session ends. This visibility is strictly limited to YOU and your designated COUNSELOR. No other parties have access.

3. Data Protection Law

Our operations are based in Sri Lanka. We handle your data in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022.
