1. The Free Trial

Every new user is automatically entitled to a daily 15-minute free trial session. This allows you to experience the platform and evaluate if our counseling style is the right fit before committing financially.

2. Monthly Subscriptions & Refunds

We offer both monthly subscriptions and pay-per-session models. The following refund conditions apply to monthly subscriptions:

• First-Week Guarantee: If you subscribe and feel the service is unhelpful or "useless" within the first 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Low-Usage Refund: If you pay for a month but only complete 0 to 1 sessions during that entire billing cycle, your money will be sent back to you.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
